The current state of affairs in the domestic atmosphere of the United States unfortunately does not permit many Americans to entertain real leisurely activity in a wholly lighthearted manner. The national economy continues to remain volatile, with inflation crippling the already shrinking middle class. Internationally, the feckless leadership of Joe Biden has proven to be no better on the global level than at home, and threatening powers like Russia and China appear to form a new axis of alliance in opposition to the western world. Ultimately, on every front, future prospects of life in America is increasingly worrisome for most citizens.
With the 2024 presidential election less than a calendar year away, the likely Democrat nominee for president (the incumbent commander in chief) Joe Biden is vulnerable. He is disapproved of by a majority of Americans and had truly displayed poor leadership qualities over his first term of service. America is now involved in two foreign wars in Ukraine and the middle east, and enemies of the west appear emboldened. Things are not safe in areas across the country, and crime has increased. Biden continues to appear incompetent and has made questionable comments while appearing publicly which have caused many to question his cognitive ability. Lately, after addressing the release of nearly 20 hostages by the terrorist group Hamas in the middle east, Biden claimed he wished he could have been there to “hold her” when discussing a small American child among the victims.
Bidens cognitive ability has been repeatedly questioned in recent times. Biden has also been caught in lies of his own making on several occasions. While addressing victims of the wildfires in Maui, Hawaii, Biden claimed that he almost lost his home due to a fire years ago. This was proven to be a largely inconsequential kitchen fire. Biden has come under fire for the border crisis. Years ago, Biden called for an end to “sanctuary cities”.
