Was President Biden actually making the decisions during his administration? A shocking new report reveals identical machine signatures on nearly all official documents, raising serious questions about who was really running the White House – and whether the bills he “signed” ever did technically become law.
At a glance:
• The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project discovered nearly all of Biden’s Executive Orders were signed using identical autopen signatures
• Autopen signatures appeared on over 25 Biden executive orders between 2021 and 2025, suggesting Biden may not have personally reviewed them
• Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has called for a DOJ investigation into whether unelected staff exploited Biden’s cognitive decline
• House Speaker Mike Johnson claimed Biden admitted he had no knowledge of signing certain Executive Orders when confronted
• The only documents with different signatures were Biden’s letter withdrawing from the 2024 race and Hunter Biden’s pardon
Biden’s Identical Signatures Raise Serious Concerns
A bombshell investigation has revealed that former President Joe Biden used identical autopen signatures on numerous official White House documents throughout his presidency. The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project made the discovery after collecting and analyzing Biden’s signatures from his entire term in office.
The findings suggest that Biden may not have been aware of or personally involved in many critical executive actions attributed to him during his presidency. This revelation adds fuel to longstanding concerns about Biden’s mental acuity and who was actually making decisions in the White House.
For investigators to determine whether then-President Biden actually ordered the signature of relevant legal documents, or if he even had the mental capacity to, they must first determine who controlled the autopen and what checks there were in place.

Republican Officials Demand Answers
Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has formally requested a Department of Justice investigation into the matter. “I am demanding the DOJ investigate whether President Biden’s cognitive decline allowed unelected staff to push through radical policy without his knowing approval,” Bailey stated in his official request.
House Speaker Mike Johnson has added credibility to these concerns, claiming that Biden admitted he had no knowledge of signing certain Executive Orders. In one particularly troubling incident, Johnson said Biden responded, “I didn’t do that,” when confronted about an Executive Order limiting energy exports.
The Oversight Project has been blunt in its assessment, writing in all caps: “WHOEVER CONTROLLED THE AUTOPEN CONTROLLED THE PRESIDENCY.” This statement underscores the severity of what may be the most significant presidential authentication scandal in modern history.
Mounting Evidence of Biden’s Cognitive Decline
The autopen controversy comes after years of questions about Biden’s mental capacity. Special counsel Robert Hur described Biden as “a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory” in his report on classified documents.
Curiously, Biden’s signature on his letter withdrawing from the 2024 presidential race appeared different from the autopen signature used on Executive Orders. The signature on Hunter Biden’s pardon was also notably different, described by Heritage attorney Samuel Dewey as “shaky” and believed to be hand-signed by the President.
Neither Biden’s office nor the White House has commented on these findings, leaving Americans to wonder who was really in charge during the Biden administration. If these allegations prove true, they raise profound constitutional questions about the legitimacy of executive actions taken during Biden’s term.
