Ukrainian Stewardess Mom Caught Being Violent With Three-Year-Old Son

The mother of a 3-year-old boy who was physically abused in Sunny Isles Beach last year has confessed to the crime and is now a convicted criminal. The Ukrainian superyacht stewardess escaped punishment after a doorbell camera captured her physically abusing her 3-year-old son.

Yulia Storozhuk, 29, broke down in tears as she accepted a plea bargain on Thursday from the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office.

According to a neighbor’s Ring doorbell video, Storozhuk threw her helpless child down the corridor and then kicked him several times. Judge Carmen Carbarga appeared swayed by her apologies and cries for mercy as she handed down a lenient three-year probationary term.

Though she avoided jail time, Storozhuk is required to undergo a mental health examination and enroll in parenting programs.

Her son was taken into foster care after the incident last year left him covered in bruises and scrapes. Storozhuk told detectives that her son was not listening to her, which is why she kicked and shoved him. She expressed her love for her son to reporters but chose not to make any other statements.

The footage shows Storozhuk violently grabbing her son and throwing him to the floor of their Sunny Isles apartment complex. The small child is launched into the air and hits the floor with a sickening thud. After kicking him at least three times as they walk down the corridor, she grabs him by the collar and continues to pull and kick him. Later, the child is shown being shoved in the chest, sending him tumbling to the floor.

A concerned neighbor who recorded the brutal attack on their Ring doorbell camera informed the authorities. After seeing the video, Judge Carbarga stated that the attack “warrants jail time,” but she considered the psychologist’s recommendation that the mother and child be reunited.

Storozhuk was cautioned that she risks going to jail if she physically abuses her child again.

Now that she has accepted the plea, she could be deported to her home country of Ukraine.
